All orders are carefully packaged in a premium custom-designed box that matches the style of your selected cap. Each order also includes a complimentary sticker as a courtesy from HOLY CAPS™.
Shipping times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination country and local courier processing times. Once your order is placed, you will receive tracking information as soon as it ships.
Returns
You may request a refund for your order provided that:
- The cap is not damaged, used, or stained
- The original custom box is included
If these conditions are met, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2 business days of your request being approved.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns (cap in perfect condition and original box included).
A small fee of €1.49 applies to exchanges to cover additional shipping and handling costs.
